9 Then wrote Rehum the chancellor, and Shimshai the scribe, and their companions [b]Dinai, and Apharsathcai, Tarpelai, Persia, Archevai, Bablai, Shushanchai, Dehave, Elamai,
10 And the rest of the people whom the great and noble [c]Osnapper brought over, and set in the cities of Samaria, and other that are beyond the [d]River and [e]Cheeneth.
